Equinox - Warranty Claim

For Warranty Claims on your Equinox® Louvered Roof product, first contact the dealer or installer that installed your product. The dealer’s service representative will help diagnose the problem and determine if the parts are covered under warranty.

 

If after 5 days your local Equinox® dealer has not responded to your claim, fill out the form below and our Warranty Support Team will be in contact within 2 business days.

Warranty Information
Obtain the Warranty Card from where you purchased the product. Each card has a unique Warranty Number to enter here.
If applicable, obtain the Manufacturer's Sales Order Number (MFR SO#) from where you purchased the product. Enter numbers only.
